Torino 2025 Special Olympics World Games
The Torino 2025 Special Olympics Winter World Games is a global multi-sport event dedicated to athletes with intellectual disabilities, promoting inclusivity, empowerment, and sports excellence. A total of 1600 athletes from 101 countries competed in 8 sports from March 9 to 15.IGNITX was entrusted with a key role in credentialing operations and uniform management. Given the short timeframe in which we were engaged, our experience and deep understanding of credentialing and uniform distribution were crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of these essential operations.
What we did
- IGNITX provided credentialing operations services from planning to execution, working in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
- Assisted in the development of venue zoning plans and access control measures were in place.
- Implemented a structured system for tracking and distributing uniforms to entitled stakeholders ensuring accurate allocation and stock control.
- Developed the IRAX system for data collection, credential printing and uniform stock control.
Results
- Development and implementation of IRAX - the system for easy registration, printing of credentials and uniform distribution tracking and stock management.
- Effective coordination with LOC, Special Olympics International, and venue teams, leading to organised zoning and credentialing operations.
- Incident-free operations at the Uniform Distribution and Credentialing Centre.
