The Islamic Solidarity Games (ISG) is a major multi-sport event bringing together delegations from across the Islamic world. Riyadh 2025 welcomed athletes from 57 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) competing across 23 sports in Saudi Arabia.IGNITX supported pre-Games preparation and Games-time technology coordination as part of the consortium led by Win2Tec, alongside Wiz-Team and Deloitte. Our embedded experts supported and strengthened coordination across results services and the Games Management System (GMS) through the Technology Operations Centre (TOC) Delegation Registration Meetings and accreditation workflows.

What we did

Project & Integration Management

Supported the on-site Project Manager and coordinated interfaces between timing/scoring providers, central results systems, and venue teams from the TOC.

Sport Results Books (SRBs) & Results Documentation

Led development of Sport Results Books to international standards, adapted into a practical format to support efficient On-Venue Results operations.

Technology Operations Centre (TOC) – Games-time Operations

Co-managed the TOC with the Win2Tec Sport team, providing centralized oversight, incident coordination, and operational decision support for competition systems across venues.

Games Management System & Delegation Support

Supported Delegation Registration Meetings across 57 NOCs and assisted Games-time operations on the Event-Works platform, clarifying processes and resolving issues under live operational pressure.

  • TOC-based central coordination provided consistent oversight across venues, supporting stable competition systems operations during Games-time.
  • ODF-familiar timing & scoring systems enabled smoother integration with central results platforms and reduced onboarding effort across disciplines.
  • Sport Requirements Books (SRBs) aligned expectations between sport stakeholders and the LOC, improving clarity on results deliverables and workflows.
  • Supported DRMs across 57 NOCs, providing Event-Works expertise to resolve accreditation-related issues and keep delegation validation on track.
