Northern Marianas Pacific Mini Games 2022

The Pacific Mini Games is a multi-sport event which takes place on a 4 year rotation. This year, the Games were hosted on the Islands of Saipan, Rota, and Tinian in the Northern Marianas from 17 to 25 June 2022. The programme included a total of 9 sporting events including: Athletics, Badminton, Baseball, Beach Volleyball, Golf, Tennis, Triathlon, Va’a (Outrigger-Canoe), and Weightlifting. A total of 24 countries participated in this edition of the Games

What we did

For the 2022 edition, Wiz-Team was engaged to provide the Games Management System which encompassed the areas of Accreditation, Sport Entries, Travel, Accommodation and the management of COVID-19 information.

IGNITX set up and configured the Wiz-Team system accordingly and provided the support of the system and additionally advised and supported the planning and implementation of business processes related to the registration process of all clients to the games.

Results

  • Successfully managed the onsite Accreditation Operations including the management of the Main Accreditation Centre
  • Setup, configured and provided support for the implementation of the Games Management System
  • Supported and advised in the development of business process related to the registration process of all clients that included data collection of accommodation, travel and COVID-19 information
