IGNITX Turnkey Solution Implementation at iLEAP 2025

iLEAP is MOiAS’s inclusive youth leadership programme, built to develop values-led young leaders through sport, bringing together able-bodied and differently-abled participants in a shared learning environment. Launched with early support via the IOC Young Leaders pathway, iLEAP has grown into an MOiAS-owned flagship initiative. For 2025, MOiAS prioritised a fully integrated safeguarding approach to ensure a safe, consistent participant experience throughout the programme lifecycle.
What we did
- IGNITX Collaborated with the Organising Committee and to establish the complete processes and procedures for Safeguarding before e during the event.
- Treated prevention, education, and timely response as core pillars of delivery.
- Implemented the ISAY system as the central hub for safeguarding processes with the following materials available: policy framework, code of conduct and awareness campaign.
- Provided comprehensive code of conduct integrated into participation agreement for both parents/guardians and participants. Developed specific code of conduct for speakers, monitors and suppliers.
- Implemented awareness campaigns, posters, and outreach materials throughout the venue.
- Delivered structured and interactive training to all participants during the event with discussions and case studies. Ensuring the topic was largely discussed, taboos were broken and participants felt empowered.
Results
- 100% compliance of code of code signature by participants & parents/ guardians, speakers, monitors and suppliers.
- Successful delivery of live training, with enthusiastic participation, lively discussion and interesting questions asked.
- ISAY system fully operational and used as the event overarching hub.
- Safeguarding awareness materials effectively placed in common areas, as well as in living quarters.
