What we did
Hired as the official provider of the Registration, Sport Entries and Credentialing system, WizTeam activated IGNITX as their operational arm to provide the support for setup, configuration and troubleshooting of the system. Given the timeframe of only 2 months to prepare the system, IGNITX engaged 2 Accreditation and Sport Entries Experts who were advanced users of the Event-Works system to work closely with the Local Organising Committee (LOC).
When operations kicked-in, our expert was onsite to support the LOC with the production and distribution of ~45,000 credentials.

- Setup, configured and provided support for the implementation of the Registration, Sport Entries and Credentialing system
- Supported and advised in the development of business process related to the registration process of all clients that included data collection of accommodation and travel information
