Accreditation Operations for a Major 2024 Event in France
In preparation for a major multi-sport event in France in 2024, the organising authorities adopted an Event Delivery Model (EDE), outsourcing venue services such as infrastructure, crowd operations, and accreditation to specialist providers.IGNITX joined a SPARTNER-led consortium during the bidding stage and was selected to deliver accreditation operations at nine competition venues across France.
What we did
- IGNITX delivered comprehensive accreditation services, from initial planning through to execution, across multiple venues.
- Our work encompassed needs assessment, development of venue zoning plans and operations workflows, training local teams, printing and distributing credentials, and on-site issue resolution.
- We also implemented the registration and accreditation system in collaboration with Wiz-Team’s platform, and supported a major test event in a national stadium setting.
- A dedicated team of 18 IGNITX professionals led the on-site operations, supported throughout by remote administrative staff.
Results
