With the full Furki Sport team now on the ground in Andorra, the operational backbone of the 2025 Games of the Small States of Europe is firmly in place. As part of a three-way consortium with IGNITX and Wiz-Team, Furki Sport brings results delivery expertise to a streamlined and collaborative model tailored to the needs of small-state multi-sport Games.

Furki Sport has deployed five team members onsite, including one Project Manager and four Results Coordinators. They are supporting 18 sport disciplines across 16 competition venues, ensuring that results are captured, processed, and published in a timely and reliable manner. While the timing and scoring systems are managed by local providers working in collaboration with each sport’s National Federation, Furki Sport oversees the Games’ Web Results System. This system ensures that verified results from each venue are accurately uploaded and displayed across public-facing platforms, allowing athletes, teams, media, and spectators to stay informed throughout the competition.

Their experience with the Budva 2019 Games of the Small States of Europe and other international multi-sport events such as the EUSA European Universities Games – Lodz 2022 (Poland) and Berlin 2023 Special Olympics World Games has made Furki Sport a trusted partner for host cities seeking dependable, flexible, and scalable results solutions without unnecessary complexity. This continuity has enabled Furki Sport to refine its approach with each edition, offering support that is both cost-efficient and well adapted to the practical realities of each host nation.

The web results operation is fully aligned with the wider Games ecosystem. IGNITX, as lead coordinator, oversees Games-wide operations including project management, sport entries, accreditation, registration, and stakeholder services. The Games Management System is powered by Wiz-Team’s Event-Works platform, which is fully operated by IGNITX and supports key services such as registration, accreditation, arrivals and departures and accommodation coordination.

This consortium structure allows each partner to focus on its area of strength while maintaining close operational alignment. The collaboration between IGNITX, Wiz-Team, and Furki Sport ensures a seamless flow of services across the Games lifecycle—from sport scheduling to National Federation coordination to client registration and web results delivery.

Beyond immediate delivery, the consortium’s approach prioritises practicality and sustainability. By leveraging existing infrastructure and tapping into the local knowledge of National Federations, the team has helped reduce costs while maintaining strong operational quality. This experience has also provided valuable insights, allowing the consortium to refine its approach and improve processes tailored to the needs of small multi-sport events.
