Over the past 2 weeks, our leadership team has engaged in deep reflection and planning to ensure we remain at the forefront of the sports industry. These sessions were not just about business planning; they were about refining our identity, integrating and aligning with the new leadership team and setting a clear, value-driven path for the future.

Expanding Our Leadership

We are thrilled to officially announce that Ursula Veloso and Daniela Negreda have joined IGNITX as Managing Partners. With this addition, IGNITX is now led by four dedicated partners — Li Neo Tay, Daniela Negreda, Ilva Biedre and Ursula Veloso — uniting a diverse set of skills, languages, and operational expertise. This expansion strengthens our operational capacity, ensuring that we continue to put people first in every project we deliver.

A Refreshed Strategic Identity

A core outcome of our workshops was the refinement of our strategic identity to better reflect who we are today and where we are going. We have moved beyond seeing ourselves solely as consultants to becoming true delivery partners.
