Entering 2025, preparations for the Andorra 2025 Games of the Small States of Europe continues with the deliverables of two key milestones by our team to key stakeholders in the last 2 weeks. IGNITX together with our partners, Wiz-Team and Furki is providing registration and accreditation services together with Web resultsfor the Games.

Essential onsite visit to drive progress in Games’ preparations with National Federations

Stratis Telloglou, Project Manager for IGNITX, led a pivotal visit to Andorra as part of the Games’ preparation phase from January 12 to 15. The visit, which was his second, included meetings with the National Federations and the results service providers from Spain with a clear focus on advancing the Games’ preparations. These discussions focused on progress updates and action plans to ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on the path toward May 2025.

A key highlight of the visit was a seminar led by Stratis to gather Competition and Venue Managers to train, inform and streamline operations for the critical months ahead. Key topics included of the seminar included Venue and Zoning Principles, Venue management and tournament operation principles and Venue and Sport Workforce Registration.

Event-Works Registration platform demonstration and training webinar and to participating National Olympic Committees

With the opening of the registration process for NOCs on January 12, Silvina Silberberg, Registration & Accreditation Manager for IGNITX delivered a comprehensive presentation to representatives from the nine participating NOCs the week on January 22. This session focused on teaching NOCs how the Wiz-Team’s Event-Works registration system work, from registering a person individually to bulk registration and update of sport entries data for athletes. NOCs also took this opportunity to ask questions, get clarification and give feedback on how to improve the process for future editions of the games. Marie-Jo Ries from the NOC of Luxembourg expressed her appreciation for the session highlighting that the demonstration of how to use the system will definitely help her prepare better for the collection and submission of the data for all her delegation members.

There are many features of the system that make the accreditation process easier.
